Dr Pawan Agrawal is working tirelessly and consistently like lighthouse, shining with great bright light of his wisdom out into the world showing path to others guiding them to reach their desired destination.

Leading by example, he emerged as an ideal for youth, inspiring them to set higher career goals for life. By walking his own talk, he achieved higher education in spite of poor economic background.

Being a son of Farmer Dr. Pawan Agrawal has worked very hard from his childhood and struggle lot for education in village Dondaicha, Dist. Dhule (Maharashtra) till 1980 up to his HSC. Father Girdharilalji send him to Mumbai in 1980 for further education. Following “Earn and Learn” principle, Dr. Pawan Agrawal took his further education in Mumbai along with part time job and completed M.com, B.Ed., LL.B., A.C.S, Ph.D.

Considering his own struggle and hardship for education, he decided to educate those who are needy. From here, he started his career as a teacher in 1987. Since then he has provided education to millions & billions of student and made them capable citizen of the country.

Dr. Pawan G. Agrawal founded Kamlabai Educational and Charitable Trust in 1998 in the name of mother Kamlabai under the mentorship of his father Late Shri. Girdharilal Govindram Agrawal.

The trust’s main mission is “EDUCATION TO ALL”. The mission is to make a child self-sufficient with professionally qualified. He is eager to make child very sturdy in schooling to lay his strong academic foundation which may help in taking higher education. He also promotes “Earn & Learn” principle so that child becomes self-reliant for his own development and also faces the world with confidence.

Adhering to the mission of his Trust, Dr. Pawan started schools at such locations where education was a real tough task. His schools belong to slum areas where earning bread and butter is so difficult that education goes out of priority list.

His Trust Kamlabai Educational and Charitable Trust (KECT) stared three Schools and three Jr. Colleges, all are located in economically backward areas where education is the need of the day, but unaffordable to the majority of the population. KECT started providing education to these students with nominal fees.

Realising need of professional education, KECT established "Agrawal Institute of Management & Technology (AIMT)", well reputed for professional courses such as BBA,BCA and MBA with proven track record of placement.

Dr.Pawan G. Agrawal has gained a prominent position in society due to the exemplary work towards society. He organizes various events viz. Health check-up camp, Eye check-up camps, Donation for earthquake affected people etc. He organizes “Disha” – A career guidance seminar which provides in depth knowledge of various careers and opportunities available for aspiring students.

To inculcate discipline in students and make them aware of road safety measures, Dr. Pawan Agrawal has started unit Maharashtra State Road Safety Patrol (RSP) of in his every school. He is Maharashtra State President of RSP and casting leading role in spread of RSP in Thane division.

Dr. Pawan Agrawal is also associated with Lions Club of Ghatkopar for many years and served various posts remarkably in true Lionism.

Considering his contribution towards society, MANAREGA appointed him as Eminent Citizen to evaluate their various projects pan-India.

Dr. Pawan Agrawal’s name has been associated with Dabbawallas of Mumbai for over a decade. He has been working tirelessly to increase the profile of this integral Mumbai network ever since he began to work his doctoral thesis “Logistics & Supply chain Management of Dabbawala in Mumbai”. During this period, he identified lacking of dabbawala’s and their children on educational front. To overcome this he started “Mumbai Dabbawala Education Centre” to provide free Computer training and English speaking courses to Dabbawalas, their children along with other deprived people.

He inspires and encourages people, making them realize their true potential. He delivers session on “Supply Chain Management of Mumbai Dabawala and Mumbai Paperwala”- great story where deliverables or takeaways such as Time Management, Retention/attrition, Commitment, Leadership, Customer satisfaction, Quality, 100 %Execution, Passion, Dedication, Ownership, Logistics & Supply chain etc. can be shared.

He has delivered numerous sessions worldwide.
